As part of my work launching and growing AI in Business, I helped to define our go-to-market strategy and built out our product offering. I did so by:
- Partnering with Katie to define and execute the business's go-to-market strategy including our value proposition, positioning, pricing strategy, and promotional tactics
- Conducting market research to inform strategy
- Sourcing revenue opportunities for Keynotes and Training through active outreach and targeting
- Creating a digital library of educational thought leadership content surrounding AI and digital transformation

Today, AI in Business boasts clients in the UK, mainland Europe, the US, Jordan, APAC, South Africa, Canada, and beyond. The current average keynote revenue is approximately $7,000+ USD for a 1-hour session.
